Kagadi, Nakasongola and Kawempe. ENCOT’s mission is to provide microfinance
services to low-income smallholder farmer communities, most especially women,
to allow them curve their own paths out of poverty through creation of own
jobs.
Job Summary: The Credit Officer provides direct sales of
loans/credit services offered by ENCOT to customers and ensures 100% loan
recovery of an assigned loans portfolio in a manner that ensures maximum
returns while ensuring application of best practice and customer satisfaction
in accordance with ENCOT’s strategic objectives and credit policies. Experience
in group lending is a must.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The
ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in Social Work, Education, Business
Administration and any other related field.

At least
one (1) year of credit experience in a similar position in a credible
Microfinance institution.
