Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond
and resolve to client support queries.

·       
Train
Clients on our services and solutions.

·       
Generate
Client Daily support reports.

·       
Escalate
unresolved Client queries to the General Manager for action.

·       
Work in
Shifts (Include Day and Night shifts).

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The
ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree.

·       
Ability
to maintain strong ethical and professional values.

·       
Client
focused.

·       
God
Fearing with Integrity / Sound Morals

·       
Good
communicator in both written and spoken English

·       
Dealing
