Job Summary:  The Manager ICT Infrastructure will be based
at Head Office and will report directly to the Head of ICT. He/she will be
responsible for the System Administrator, Network Administrators,
Infrastructure Officers and Service Desk Officer. He/she will be required to
plan, develop and implement IT Infrastructural solutions that deliver corporate
and service specific objectives that meet the strategic priorities of the
Organization. .


Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

infrastructural support for efficient functioning of Pride ICT systems.

priorities for the design, maintenance, development and evaluation of all
infrastructure systems, including LANs, WANs, Internet, Intranet, Security,
wireless implementation.

business continuity and disaster recovery for business systems by maintaining a
secure BCP/DR site.

proper documentation for infrastructure projects and negotiating with vendors,
outsourcers and contractors.

and managing the performance and development of all subordinate staff.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

applicant for the Pride Manager ICT Infrastructure job opportunity must hold a
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

grades in Mathematics at A’ level (Either A, B or C).

Certified Professional (MCTP) and Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA).

have a minimum of four (4) year’s working experience in a related field in a
busy ICT environment, preferably a banking industry.

principle passes at A Level.

passes in English and Mathematics at O’ Level.

an ITIL V3 Foundation Level will be an added advantage.

be a good communicator with good analytical, administration, multi-tasking,
reporting and interpersonal skills.

be mature, intelligent, diligent, with strong work ethics, integrity and able
to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

possess a strong personality of impact and influence that pulls colleagues
together to build a strong team.

be an outstanding leader and change agent with the business acumen and the
ability to foster a productive working environment.

should not be more than 40 years of age.
