Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Responsible
for processing entries in the accounting software (UNIFIELD)
·
VAT and
WHT (Compiling and making copies on a monthly basis)
·
Compiling
all the rebilling vouchers on a monthly basis.
·
Making
cash payments (Managing the petty cash box)
·
Make
cheque payments
·
Liaison
person with the bank
·
Responsible
for filing accounting documents and their annexes, preparing documents for
audits, organizing the scanning of documents and archiving mission financial
documents
·
Making
cash payments (Managing the petty cash box)
·
Make
cheque payments
·
Liaison
person with the bank

Responsible
for filing accounting documents and their annexes, preparing documents for
audits, organizing the scanning of documents and archiving mission financial
documents

Participating
in the payroll payment process
·
Updating
the Bank follow up file
·
Checking
invoices and their allocations, preparing payment order documents to be sent to
HQ
·
Carrying
out all accounting tasks and activities, classifying, preparing and filing of
all accounting pieces in accounting software, in order to ensure strict control
of all expenditures and the reliability of statements and documentation
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The
ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and accounting and
other relevant accounting qualifications
·
A
minimum of two to three years of experience in busy environment, NGO
experience.
·
Team
worker, Flexibility; mobility, rigour, pro-activity, able to work with
multidisciplinary and multicultural people.
·
Language: English
