services as a firm of Advocates, Solicitors, Legal Consultants, Legal
Investment and Tax Consultants, Commissioners for Oaths, Trademark and Patent
Agents, Receivers, Liquidators, General insolvency practitioners and Company
secretaries.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The
applicant for the Firm Accountant job must hold relevant qualifications in
Accounts or Business Administration
·
Successful
completion of Level 3 of CPA
·
A
minimum of three years of experience with a reputable organization or busy law
firm.
·
Knowledge
of URA Returns is a must, i.e. preparing accounts and tax returns
·
Knowledge
of e-INVOINCING (EFRIS)
·
Controlling
income and expenditure
·
Auditing
financial information
·
Compiling
and presenting reports, budgets, commentaries and financial statements
·
Analyzing
accounts
·
Providing
tax planning services with reference to current legislation
·
Financial
forecasting and risk analysis
