Job Summary: The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for
the professional, efficient and profitable management of the Mbarara branch.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Leadership,
performance management and development of Branch Team
·
Ensure
safety and security of the Branch Team, assets and visitors
·
Management
and control of Branch operations, expenses and activities
·
Retain
and grow customer base and customer service delivery
·
Planning,
budgeting and reporting
·
Management
of contract tractor service operations
·
Promotion
and marketing of the Branch, its products and services
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The
ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical /Automotive
/Agricultural Engineering.
·
Diploma
in any of the above fields is an added advantage.
·
Three
years of experience in automotive / Agri-mechanical service industry.
·
Knowledgeable
in tractor and Mechanical operations
·
A valid
driving licence for manual vehicles is required.
