Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       
Loading
and Offloading of goods.

·       
Arranging
goods in the bins

·       
Retrieving
materials from the bins

·       
Count
stock every day and giving the necessary reports

·       
Issuing
materials as required

·       
Moving
documents to relevant offices

·       
Cleaning
stores on a daily basis as per the Stores SOP and promoting Health and Safety
standards

·       
Entering
data in SAP (Systems Application in Data Processing)

·       
Any
other duties assigned by the Stores Officer

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The
ideal candidate should preferably hold an Advanced level certificate.
Desirable.

·       
One year
of relevant experience is required

·       
Should
be able to work independently in carrying out assignments to completion,
Effective Verbal and written communication, Professional personal presentation,
Customer service orientation skills.

·       
Considerable
ability to adhere to prescribed routines and practices; and compose effective
and accurate correspondence.
