Job Summary:  The Customer Care Officer will mainly receive and
process correspondences to ensure client satisfaction

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The
ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor of Communications or Bachelors of Business
Administration or Bachelors of Social Works

·       
Three
years of experience in customer service and managing front desk activities

·       
Ability to
communicate well with customers.

·       
Skilled
at de-escalation and conflict management

·       
Good
record management skills
