Community care initiatives that include, Child Care, Community and
Neighbourhood Services, Education and FM Radio amongst others. In all of this,

community.!

 

Job Summary:  The role of the Projects Team Leader is to provide
strategic oversight in the execution of projects to the required standard and
ensure effective utilisation of resources and value for money for Watoto
Ministry. This is a management position that contributes to the design and
development of Watoto’s projects and ensures they are well executed. The
Projects Team Leader supervises the Architect, Quantity Surveyor and Design
Officer.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The ideal
candidate for the Watoto Projects Team Leader career opportunity must hold a Bachelor’s
Degree in civil engineering

·       
Five
years of working experience in a large organization in a similar role.

·       
Membership
in professional body of Engineers of Uganda

·       
Practical
knowledge in project and/or civil engineering management software packages such
as Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince 2, or Agile certification is
required.

·       
Computer
literacy in MS office, MS project and database management
