Job Summary: BrightLife is looking for a passionate,
enthusiastic, experienced, and result oriented Business Manager who will be
responsible for managing workflow in our designated area known as the central
region. The ideal candidate should have experience in management, coordination
monitoring, debt collection and training of sales agents to ensure compliance
and efficiency in overall business performance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment and
On-boarding of sales teams
·
Building
a network of reliable and professionally experienced sales agents with the
operational areas through liaison with respective area code leaders and
influencers
·
He/she
shall ensure to build a strong direct sales teams in the respective areas of
operations by hiring and training new sales agents, team leaders and
influencers as per product knowledge, usage and enrolment.
Agent Management
and Productivity
·
Developing
marketing plans and implementing them to increase agent impact and reach in
different market areas of respective regions
·
He/she
shall work within the department budget to develop cost-effective sales plans
for each product and/or service.
·
He/she
shall will track sales data for individual sales agents and create detailed
written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives.
·
Designing,
implementing and monitoring of sales teams on product (s), usage and fault
handling as per client inquiries and queries
·
He/she
shall keep management informed by submitting sales activity and results
reports, such as weekly call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly reports
Portfolio
Delinquency/Credit /Debt management
·
Serves
as a resource by providing training to established teams on handling debt
collection processes within the respective operational areas
·
Serve as
an external contact for the company in relation to instigating credit
collections from defaulting clients within operational areas.
·
He/she
will liaise with the Customer Experience team to provide weekly collections’
updates and recommendations for repossession in cases of stubborn and none
paying accounts with no clear commitments to pay.
Asset Management
·
Overall
management and supervision to the BrightLife stock point/storefronts/service
centre in the respective areas of operations and among the sales teams.
·
He/she
shall be responsible for the proper custody of company stock in their
possession from getting lost and or getting damaged.
·
He/she
will be responsible for providing fully signed stock count reports on a monthly
basis
·
He/she
shall maintain records on area and customer sales.
Team Leadership
& Coordination
·
He/she
shall provide leadership to the direct sales agents in areas of sales planning
and organizing daily work schedules, marketing, promotions and distribution
·
Design
and implement team motivation strategies across respective areas of operations
to improve and boost performance and cohesion with the different members
Client Relational
Management
·
Support
in quick resolution of client complaints to enhance customer loyalty and
promote product referral system and processes
·
He/she
shall work hand in hand with the area technician to resolve customer complaints
by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making
recommendations to management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The applicant
must hold a Degree from a related field and a recognized Institution
·
Two to
three years of experience in leading teams preferably in a sales environment.
·
Excellent
open and proactive written and oral communication skills
·
Leading
as a great influencer with high Emotional Intelligence
·
Effective
communicator
·
Ability
to drive and manage change
·
Ability
to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented, and fast paced
environment.
·
Solid
problem-solving skills
·
Knowledge
of Microsoft applications to include Project, Excel, Word and Power point
·
Knowledge
of business process development and improvement
