Job Summary: The Project Officer-Monitoring &
Evaluation (STRETCH-EU) will oversee the development and implementation of
systems for monitoring and evaluation of all STRETCH-EU project activities and
share information and knowledge, in line with project results, ALPS, national
strategies and monitoring framework.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Collect,
collate, analyze, and prepare M&E reports for the project.
·
Build
the capacity of all project staff, associates and stakeholders in Participatory
Monitoring and Evaluation (PM&E) in line with ALPs, EU M&E
requirements.
·
Lead
project teams in project reviews and evaluation processes including the
baseline study, Mid Term and End of project Reviews.
·
Provide
technical support and participate in the project activities to ensure they are
contributed to results and are in line with EU visibility requirements.
·
Provide
technical support to project in monitoring, reporting and documentation that
relates to key learnings, best practices, theory of change implementation,
models, governance processes and outcomes
