Operating a network of SIX branches located in Kawempe, Masindi, Kigumba,
Hoima, Kagadi and Nakasongola, ENCOT’s mission is to provide loans and enterprise
development services to small/medium size rural entrepreneurial communities,
most especially women, to allow them curve their own paths out of poverty
through creation of own jobs. It serves over 20,000 clients in the Mid-Western
/ Central Regions.
Job Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for
coordinating people and processes to ensure that the project is delivered on
time and desired results are produced. He/ She must have in-depth/ broad
experience in developing detailed project plans. ensuring resource availability
& allocation, and delivering the project on time within budget and scope.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The
ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business
Management, Marketing, Accounting. Finance, or any related field or equivalent
work experience; MBA or Advanced education preferred.
·
At least
four years of experience in development and implementation oi projects.
·
An
understanding of the Microfinance industry. a focus on developing digital
channels and contemporary microfinance products and management systems in a
rapidly growing microfinance business or e consulting firm.
·
Good
communication and leadership skills.
