Job Summary:  The Platform Manager will mainly design,
develop and manage the Bank’s Digital Bank platform enabling transformation
toward a Digital Bank with Customer Focused Solutions, driving agility and
quick go to market. The Role Holder will Support and Manage the Bank’s
Integrations Platform enabling New Edge Solutions through Collaborations and
Linkage banking Models.

 

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:

·        
Design,
Develop and Manage the OBUL Bank Platform

·        
Drive
New Strategic Partnerships and Business Growth through Linkage Banking

·        
Create a
process optimization program with use of modern techniques such as LEAN
(creating more customer value without increasing resources);

·        
Design
and Build Service Based Architecture (APIs) for all Bank Platforms and Services

·        
Business
Analysis Planning and Monitoring

·        
Requirement
Elicitation and collaboration

·        
Develop
Solutions or work with 3rd Party Vendors to deliver solutions in alignment with
the Systems Specifications Document ensuring that the Business Requirements are
met

·        
Provide
3rd level support for the Bank platform ensuring timely resolution of Service
Issues.

·        
Contribute
to research goals and build on and refine appropriate outline ideas for the
evaluation, development, demonstration and implementation of research

·        
Any
other Duties as assigned by the Supervisor

 




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·        
The
applicant for the Opportunity Bank Digital Platform Manager career opportunity
must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Computing, Commerce, Accounting,
Business Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

·        
An MBA
or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business
Computing, Commerce, Accounting or Business Statistics or another related field
would be an added advantage;

·        
At least
5 years’ work experience in Bank Digital Channels, Information Technology,
Fintech or Telecom

·        
At least
3+ years of technical in SQL, PL-SQL, Python, DotNet React, Java, Jbase or T24
Programming

·        
Sound
knowledge of technological trends and Disruptive Technologies

·        
Demonstrated
experience in driving innovation and change agendas in Financial Services (able
to demonstrate blue-sky thinking)

·        
Strong
skills in business process analysis as well understanding of banking operations
and FinTech trends

·        
Strong
skills in project management and project execution

·        
Strong
understanding and experience in Digital Banking platforms

·        
Good
Communication and Inter-personal Skills
