Job Summary: The Assistant Warehouse Manager will manage
all aspects of the ware-house such as Receiving of Stock, Dispatching Stock and
Storing of Stock by following the company store management procedures. 

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       
Daily
Inventory Dash Board Report

·       
Responsible
for the warehouse stock security and accountability.

·       
In-charge
for periodical inventory verifications & physical stock checks.

·       
Verifying
credit note with physical return stock and timely process.

·       
Timely
delivery of goods to customers in 24 hrs. with accuracy.

·       
Monitor
and follow up on POD

·       
Offloading
containers within period to avoid demurrages.

·       
Ensured
all the documentation such as Bin card, GRN & way bill is prepared
accurately in time to facilitate the smooth operation.

·       
Offloading
containers within period to avoid demurrages.

·       
Proper
maintenance of the warehouse premises.

·       
Maintain
housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area.

·       
Produce
regular stocks reports and daily stocks positions.

·       
Monitoring
of stock arrangements as per FEFO method and issuing accordingly to customers.

·       
Perform
other related duties as required.

 




Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

·       
The
applicant must hold a Bachelors’ degree in Supply Chain Management or
equivalent course from any of recognized university

·       
At least
three (3) + years’ experience in a similar role (familiarity with pharma
products, or Pharmaceutical companies is a must)

·       
Experience
in computer packages such ERP, oracles and Microsoft packages eg Excel, Ms word
