Job Summary:  The User Experience Engineer will work closely
with cross-functional teams including product, design, and server-side
engineers and be responsible for turning ideas into intuitive UI experiences.
Ours is a collaborative team member, and you will have a voice in technical
decision making. We are looking for a UX Engineer with a passion for their
craft, who cares about the quality of the experiences they create. You do not
pray for rain; you make it rain.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:

·        
You will
work closely with Product and Design to develop and implement intuitive UI
experiences and products. You will engage in feature discussions, product
planning, collaboration with others.

·        
Translate
new designs and ideas into actual code

·        
Proficiency
in designing applications end-to-end with a focus on attention to detail.

·        
You are
not only developing outstanding features, but you are also responsible for
testing those together with your fellow developers and our QA Engineers

·        
You will
identify front-end bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to solve them

·        
Visualize
complex user scenarios and provide simple and effective solutions keeping in
mind the capabilities and limitations of technology.

·        
Conceptualize
ideas that bring simplicity and delight to the customer.

·        
Create
user experiences for Web and Mobile Applications.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·        
The
ideal candidate should have an eye for clean, simple and artful design.

·        
Proven
experience with one or more of the following frameworks: Angular, React or Vue.

·        
Experience
with Sass

·        
Experience
with Git and understanding of GitFlow.

·        
Unit
testing, performance, cross-browser compatibility and clean code is in your
DNA.

·        
Keen to
constantly learn and improve your own skills, and not afraid to jump into new
things.

·        
Getting
things done attitude.

·        
Expertise
with Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Illustrator or Photoshop

·        
You have
a passion for clean and beautiful code, with an eye for simplicity and
pragmatism.

·        
You
believe in cross-functional teams and know that responsibility does not end
with deployment.

·        
Should
be up to date with the current mobile apps, UI trends and Design and
interaction solutions.

·        
You have
good communication skills and you use them to share knowledge among your peers
