online coding platform for kids and beginners. We follow a fun curriculum that
kids love. Coding is a language, so it should be taught at a young age.
Teaching the future hackers of Generation Alpha a skill that will follow them
for the rest of their life. Our mission is to provide every child with a solid
foundation in coding and critical thinking skills to prepare them to become
better architects of their future world.

Job Summary:  Club Tangaza is looking for a results-focused
sales associates. As a field sales associate, you will proactively seek out and
engage customer prospects and drive conversions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       
Proactively
seek out and engage customer prospects and drive conversions.

·       
Initiating
phone conversations with parents whose kids complete the free trial coding
classes

·       
Intensely
following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle

·       
Diligently
communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS,
calls etc

·       
Ability
to work in an entrepreneurial fashion and deliver results with minimal supervision.

·       
Monitoring
self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance,
keeping track of factors like conversion factor, average revenue generated per
lead, average revenue per sale, etc

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Any
Graduate / Post Graduate / Believer in Success

·       
Candidates
must have their own Smartphones, Laptop & Mic in working condition with a
reliable Internet connection.

·       
Exceptional
communicator and influencer who can deliver sales pitch like a charm.

·       
Result-driven
with experience of extremely target centric job.

Confident
and persevering risk-taker who thrives in a high-performance high-growth
environment.

Self-learners
with a high grasping ability so that you can learn about the product within 2
days.
