Job Summary:  The Sales and Marketing Specialist sits at the
intersection between marketing and sales, but it also reaches into new product
or service development. We require a person with a strong commercial awareness,
impeccable presentation and interpersonal skills as well as drive, determination,
an eye for opportunities and a talent for orchestrating spaces where customers,
markets and partnerships can be brought together to create opportunities for
growth.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       
Achieve
growth and hit sales targets by successfully engaging in direct sales and
managing the sales team

·       
Design
and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base
and ensure its strong presence

·       
Own
recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales and
marketing representatives

·       
Build
and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them
and understanding their needs

·       
Present
sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
team

·       
Identify
emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and
competition status

·       
Identifying
new sales leads

·       
Pitching
products and/or services

·       
Maintaining
fruitful relationships with existing customers

·       
Preparing
PowerPoint presentations and sales displays

·       
Contacting
clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products

·       
Developing
quotes and proposals

·       
Negotiating
and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person

·       
Developing
sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met

·       
Researching
organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify
new leads and potential new markets

·       
Researching
the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing

·       
Contacting
potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

·       
Planning
and overseeing new marketing initiatives

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

applicant must hold a BS/MS degree in business administration or a related
field

three years of experience in a related field
