emphasis on Livelihoods & Skills Development, Behavior Change
Communication, Sexual Reproductive Health & Rights, and HIV/AIDS awareness
and prevention.
Job Summary: The Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning
Officer will support to establish and maintain functional Monitoring and
Evaluation and Data Management Systems for RAHU Programmes.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The
ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative Economics,
Statistics, Economics and Statistics, Population Studies; or other related
field like Social Sciences, Development studies with postgraduate qualification
in M&E.
·
A
minimum of three years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation.
·
Proficiency
in project implementation progress reporting;
·
Previous
experience in Health Management Information Systems (HMIS)
·
Knowledge
in M&E, Research, Data Management & Quality Assurance.
·
S/he
must have demonstrable advanced computer skills in STATA, SPSS, MS Excel and MS
Access
