is a youth centered organisation focusing on youth empowerment programs with
emphasis on Livelihoods & Skills Development, Behavior Change
Communication, Sexual Reproductive Health & Rights, and HIV/AIDS awareness
and prevention.
Job Summary: The Head of Programs will provide leadership,
strategic development and management of RAHU programs.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The
applicant must hold a Master’s degree in Project Management, Public/Business
Administration, Sociology/Psychology or other related fields
·
This
position will require a range of skills and experience including a minimum of
10 years’ experience designing and managing humanitarian and development
programs in reputable NGOs
·
Demonstrated
ability to build and maintain credible stakeholder relationships and strategic
partnerships;
·
Strong
organizational, management (including people), communication, conceptual &
analytical skills;
·
Knowledge
of and experience in influencing, advocacy, SRHR and Gender in programming;
·
Excellent
knowledge and experience working with and managing multiple donors.
