Kenya and Tanzania. Platinum Credit (U) Ltd has introduced a new product
available to formally employed persons working in the Private Sector. Platinum
Credit (U) Ltd is a subsidiary of Platcorp Holdings Ltd.

Job Summary:  The Skip Trace Officer will ensure proper
management of assigned credit facilities in default in such a way that loss to
PCL is minimized, controlled or avoided.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       
Track
and locate clients using a variety of resources, both online and offline, to
try to locate targeted individuals. This can include basic internet searches
using specific databases, or even interviewing friends or family who may have
information.

·       
Identify
Assets and collateral of clients which is valuable in locating the individual,
finding bank accounts, owned property, and other valuable assets.

·       
Responsible
for conducting searches to verify if information about an individual is still
current. This may include verifying property records on government websites or
contacting employers or landlords.

·       
Responsible
for performing data entry on the PCL system on tasks carried out. Keeping all
client information complete and updated helps make sure that clients can be
located in the future, if necessary and references can be done if need arises.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The
ideal candidate must hold a Degree in a relevant field.

·       
One year
of experience in a similar position/ any other collections related role
preferably in financial institution.

·       
Ability
to work under pressure.

·       
Male

·       
Excellent
numerical and analytical skills.

·       
Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills.

·       
Age: Preferably between 25-35 Years of age
