Job Summary:  We are now looking for an Account Manager to
secure short and long-term profitable business for a Key Account of Ericsson through
proactive business development based on fundamental understanding of the
customers’ business, operations and objectives. This account is truly a dynamic
and exciting which is digitalizing Africa and the Middle East with a presence
in 21 countries. Indeed, this is a leading emerging market operator with a
vision to lead the delivery of a new digital world for all. This Customer Unit
is diverse, highly skilled and always up to the challenge.

 

Actively manage and
mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end
solutions allowing seamless transition from sales to operations. Develop both
internal and external relation/s in order to actively contribute to making
customers and Ericsson successful. This job role could be focused on selling a
digital Services, a specific part of the customer’s business/technology area
and/or geography.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       
Be
responsible to maximize customer relationships and loyalty.

·       
Be
expected to create sales opportunities that will generate profitability sales.

·       
Be
responsible to include optimization of the account team’s performance and to
enable seamless transition to operations

·       
Take
ownership of the process to ensure successful closure of the opportunity and
transition to delivery

 




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The
ideal candidate for the Ericsson Key Account Manager job placement must hold a
Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Science or similar

·       
At least
five years of experience of relationship sales and 5 years from the ICT
industry

·       
Domain
experience: Digital Services & Core

·       
Consultative
selling skills and commercial understanding

·       
You will
need to have customer and market insight as well as negotiation skills

·       
Leadership
experience

·       
Innovative
and creative

·       
Social ability
and interpersonal skills

·       
Intellectual
ability and critical thinking

·       
Accountable
