portfolio comprising of Carbonated Soft Drinks, Natural Mineral Water, Juices,
Malt & Energy Drinks, Premium & other biscuits.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Advise
managers and employees on HR related inquires or requests.
·
Assist
in performance management processes and staff attendance tracking.
·
Understand
the payroll processes like PAYE, NSSF, withholding Tax and any other deductions
that may arise.
·
Maintain
compliance for human resource and different line managers
·
Prepare
and submit reports on general HR activities.
·
Complete
termination paperwork and conduct an exit interview for staff.
·
Maintain
an updated employee HR database.
·
Support
the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
·
Maintain
employee records according to policy and legal requirements
·
Provide
advice on pay and other remuneration issues like, overtime.
·
Provide
counselling and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
·
perform
any other duties as per management request.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The ideal
candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
from a reputable University.
·
At least
four years of HR experience in a similar role in a busy environment
·
He/She
must be able to work in a fast pace environment
·
Knowledge
in SAP or any ERP System is a must for this role.
