Grun Farm
International SMC Co. Ltd is an agribusiness company trading in both livestock
and crops.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Prepares feed formula for the poultry and goats
·
Ensures the feed formula is followed
·
Ensures a high performance of the farms
·
In charge of the general welfare of the employees under
your supervision
·
Compiles a monthly report with recommendations for
improvement
·
Prepares requisitions for all the necessities at the farms
·
Prepares accountabilities for farm sales and farm
purchases under your docket
·
Ensures vaccination of the poultry and goats is done on
time
·
Enforces biosecurity and troubleshooting for new diseases
and infections at the farms.
·
Developing standard operating procedures for the different
processes at the farm
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The applicants should preferable hold an honors degree in
Biochemistry, Biotechnology, food science, food technology and any veterinary
related degree from a recognized university
·
At least two years of post graduate experience
· Experience in managing poultry and goats is an added advantage
· Certificate in a Business related field is an added advantage
·
Age: Between 25 and 35 years
