Job Summary:  The MEAL Assistant will provide support to the
program team in data collection, management and analysis according to the
developed emergency response MEAL plans and supporting the MEAL officer in
documentation of key milestones.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The
ideal candidate for the Oxfam MEAL Assistant job placement must hold a
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, social sciences/humanities discipline from a
recognized university

·       
One year
of practical experience and knowledge in monitoring and evaluation, data
management, accountability and learning in emergency context

·       
Previous
experience in training/facilitation of learning events

·       
Extensive
knowledge and experience of working in partnerships, strong commitment to
gender equality and social justice, knowledge of computerized systems;

·       
High
degree of computer literacy and word processing, databases, spread sheets/Excel
skills.
