Job Summary:  The Technical Support Officer is responsible
proper installation of company hardware devices

 

Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 

·       
Install
and configure Fleet management products on database.

·       
Follow
the company’s standard operational policies and procedures including
established escalation procedures

·       
Ensure
that company resources are well utilized like tools, phones and laptops.

·       
Responding
to call-outs in a timely fashion.

·       
Collect
relevant technical details to effectively troubleshoot reported issues.

·       
Perform
complete, accurate, and timely entry of information into CRM tool for all
incidents/support requests (e.g. gather and document required information from
customers).

·       
Capture
new vehicles onto the database.

·       
Prepare
quality check list, Job cards and work reports requirements within the
department.

·       
Customer
liaison (attend to their queries)

·       
Utilize
remote secure access technologies such as Apps to diagnose and resolve customer
issues

 

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

·       
The
applicant must hold a diploma in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent

·       
One to
two years of experience in a relevant field and Previous experience of
mechanical Engineering

·
