Data Entry Clerk (3 Fresher Career Jobs)

Reports to: Records Officer

 

About US:

Law Development
Centre (LDC) will provide legal education
to lawyers and non-lawyers, undertake research in topical legal issues,
contribute to legal reforms, produce legal publications, teaching materials and
law reports, and also provide community legal services.

 

Job Summary:   The Data Entry Clerk will provide an
efficient data entry service and clerical support to the Department of Academic
Registrar.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       
To
prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry.

·       
To
capture data in application forms into the Education Information System.

·       
To enter
results data into the system.

·       
To scan
documents into the system.

·       
To check
completed work for accuracy.

·       
To store
completed documents in designated locations.

·       
To
ensure data integrity and compliance with LDC security policies and procedures.

·       
To
ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and stationery.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The
applicant must hold a Diploma in Statistics, Information Technology or
Secretarial Studies, or Data Management.

·       
At least
two years of work experience working in a fast paced office environment.

·       
Excellent
computer/data entry / keyboarding skills.

·       
Should
be creative and innovative.

·       
He/she
should be a person of high integrity.

·       
Results
Oriented.

·       
Effective
communication and interpersonal relations skills.

·       
He/she
should be a team player.

·       
Good
time management skills
