Job Summary: The Accounts Assistant will assist accounting
staff and senior management in recording, reporting and managing company’s
finances.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The
ideal candidate must hold a Bachelors of Commerce from a recognized higher
institution of learning.
·
Work
experience of 1 to 2 years in similar busy role preferably private sector as
well as experience in Tally in the will be an added advantage.
·
Excellent
organization and administrative skills with attention to detail
·
Thorough
knowledge and understanding of the accounting principles, practices, standards
and laws & regulations
·
Proficiency
in analyzing and manipulating huge volume of data
·
Ability
to organize data and draft reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
·
Good
Time Management and a fast learner
·
Excellent
Telephone etiquette and good customer care skills
·
Dependability,
Flexibility and Efficiency
·
Ability
to work under pressure, tight deadlines with minimum supervision
