founded in 2012 in an age when going organic & natural was still more of a
luxury than a lifestyle. Our main goal – which remains true today – was to make
quality organic & natural ingredients more accessible to global customers,
while making our credible farmers economically secure and productive. We
recognized that there were so many farmers in communities who had the potential
to offer high-quality products, but no way to scale or market them. We armed
them with the necessary education and the tools, so they could realize their
full potential and their vision.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Ensure
all warehouse operations and activities run smoothly from the time of delivery
of raw materials to the time of exporting to the final client.
·
Check
and supervise the checking of all raw materials delivered.
·
Ensure
all complete inventory is managed and stored in a proper manner
·
Liaise
with the Quality Assurance Manager to assign lot numbers and properly label.
·
Compile
warehouse stock reports on a daily basis.
·
Maintain
all stores as per requirement of food safety norms.
·
Manage
performance and motivate the warehouse supervisors.
·
Write
work in progress reports for goods under production.
·
Coordinate
with the Logistics Officer and the Quality Assurance Manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The
applicant must hold a Degree in any field
·
Seven to
ten years of experience in a Manufacturing industry or seed exporting company.
