portfolio comprising of Carbonated Soft Drinks, Natural Mineral Water, Juices,
Malt & Energy Drinks, Premium & other biscuits.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       
Manage
large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

·       
Maintain
customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the
company

·       
Build
sustainable relationships and engage customers

·       
Attend
mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy change

·       
Use
company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a
customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input

·       
Input
data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated

·       
Keep
records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible
way

·       
Meet
personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The
candidate must be proficient in either Eastern languages (Lugisu, iteso, kumam,
and Japadhola) or Northern languages( Acholi, langi, lugbara, Alur, kakwa and
Madi)

·       
A
minimum requirement of a Bachelors degree from a reputable university.

·       
Previous
experience in a customer support role

·       
Track
record of over-achieving quota

·       
Strong
phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

·       
Familiarity
with CRM systems and practices

·       
Customer
focus and adaptability to different personality types

·       
Ability
to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

·       
Strong
computer skills

·       
High
level of professionalism

·       
Only
