Job Summary:  The Project Manager- Monitoring &
Evaluation will be responsible for the overall management of the implementation
and successful delivery of the DRL project. He/she will be responsible for the
development; implementation and reviewing of the progress of the program
activity plans with clear targets and timeframes; monitoring and evaluation;
grant management including budget forecasting and monitoring; partnership
management; management of project teams with direct line management and
submission of high quality internal and donor project reports and liaising;
networking and coordinating with relevant government and non-state actors,
sector clusters , forums and stakeholders .

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

·       
The
applicant for the War Child Canada Project
Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation
job placement must hold a First degree or post graduate degree or equivalent
qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Planning and Management,
Research or any other related field.

·       
At least five years of project management experience in a
similar or related field/sector.

·       
Proven ability to develop, manage and monitor project
budgets.

·       
Strong knowledge and experience of M & E of education
programs, including developing, implementing and reviewing M & E plans and
systems.

·       
Good facilitation and coordination skills
