petroleum products, support & services, terminaling & storage.
Job Summary: The Retail Training Manager is responsible
for all training and implementation of company strategy on superior service
delivery.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s
degree in Business related course.
·
Five years of experience in a reputable Oil
Marketing Company
·
Extensive knowledge in Retail operations in the
Oil industry
·
Good knowledge and understanding of the
functions of the Retail business.
·
Communication, Organization, Self-driven, Team
player, Analytical and keen to details, Leadership and people management skills
·
Relationship management, Negotiation, Coaching
and Mentoring and Good presentation skills
