Job Summary: The primary role of the Engineering intern is
to assist the Brick by Brick Construction Manager (CM) in the oversight and
management all of construction projects. The Engineering intern will also
observe and analyze all the construction company’s processes, so as to
recommend the most important improvements to help build capacity and improve
operations of the company.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to the Construction
Manager in the entire project management process, including interfacing with
clients, design, and costing of projects, site scheduling, and supervision.

Support company capacity building in terms of
productivity, quality assurance/improvement, safety, and sustainability
·
Support the Construction Manager in the
acquisition of critical knowledge and skills through research on appropriate
construction technology
·
Support company in marketing, reporting, and
resource mobilization, where required
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The applicant must hold a Diploma degree in
Civil Engineering/environmental engineering. Candidates who graduated in 2019
are preferred.

Strong work ethic, flexibility, and good
communication skills
