On behalf of one our
client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Customer Value
Management Operations Analyst to work in Kampala.
Job Summary:  The Customer Value Management Operations
Analyst will review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to
parallel overall business strategies. The CVM Operations Analyst
responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include
requirements, activities and design. She/he will develop analysis and reporting
capabilities and will also monitor performance and quality control plans to
identify improvements. The incumbent will do well in this role you need a very
fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and deep understanding of
the popular data analysis tools and databases.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
·       
Interpreting
data and analysing results using statistical techniques.
·       
To
develop and implement data analysis, data collection systems and other
strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
·       
To
acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.
·       
To
Analyse and report any deviations from normal Trends.
·       
To
formulate and implement logics for problem statements.
·       
To
debug/modify/evaluate existing queries whenever required.



Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·       
SQL
Server skills including SQL objects development, performance tuning and
integration
·       
Knowledge
of Development software (Microsoft Visual Studio, R Studio etc.)
·       
Knowledge
in MS Office based applications is a must.
·       
Knowledge
in Technology such as Python and its integrations a big plus
·       
Data
Visualization Skills
·       
Should
have analytical mind with keen to learn Technology and Concepts.
