Kajjansi, 14 Kilometers along Kampala-Entebbe Road with a second factory at
Kamonkoli in Mbale
Job Summary: The Yard Supervisor is responsible for
managing the yard in a way that ensures that all yard inventory is fully
accounted for without compromising customer needs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Receiving
products from QA into the yard. Organizing the yard layout and ensuring good
physical environment.
·
Receiving
and Serving customers in the yard.
·
Processing
paperwork and reporting associated with sales and stock control.
·
Contribution
to the financial reporting process.
·
Ensuring
quality and safety in the yard.
·
Managing
the yard team in a manner that empowers them to efficiently arrange products
and deliver excellent customer service.
·
To carry
out other duties as requested by the Sales and Marketing Support Accountant.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The applicant
must hold a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related
fields majoring in stores management.
·
At least
three years of experience in store management.
·
Computer
Literacy skills i.e. proficiency in Excel, Navision
·
Good
mathematical skills
·
Good
data entry and analytical skills
·
Excellent
interpersonal skills
