luxury than a lifestyle. Our main goal – which remains true today – was to make
quality organic & natural ingredients more accessible to global customers,
while making our credible farmers economically secure and productive. We recognized
that there were so many farmers in communities who had the potential to offer
high-quality products, but no way to scale or market them. We armed them with
the necessary education and the tools, so they could realize their full
potential and their vision.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure
Documentation of export and import required is processed in a timely manner.
·
Deal
with the documentation on imports from various origins to ensure al the
purchased commodities are the ones loaded.
·
Ensure
that the export and documentation procedures are followed to comply with the
set standard.
·
Submit
shipping instructions and draft Bill of Lading in a timely manner to ensure
full set of documents are ready and sent in time to avoid demurrage charges at
the destination ports.
·
Ensure
that cargo arrives at the destination safely and on time by following up and
monitoring.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The applicant
must hold a Degree in procurement and logistics, business administration.
Transport and logistics or related field.
·
At least
two to three years of related work experience
·
Strong
understanding of the documentation process for exports, shipment and vessel
monitoring etc.
