Job Summary: The Business Development Facilitator -Shea Nut
& Apiary will coordinate and implement activities of me s/we project within
the area of jurisdiction in collaboration with the Local Authorities (LAs) and
Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) to ensure that the Shea nut value chain is
efficiently and profitably developed to creale jobs for women and youth..
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The
applicant should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Agri-business
Management or Marketing from a reputable university;
·
Possession
of a Post-Graduate Diploma in Project Planning B4 Management or Marketing is
desirable.
·
Three or
more years of experience in eco-entrepreneurship, agri-business, value-chain
development or business development,
·
Strong
background in value chain development and business development,
·
Experience
(rem business development and value chain enhancement in Sheanul and Apiary
·
Solid
negotiation and diplomacy skills.
·
Excellent
interpersonal skills. including patience. willingness to listen and respect for
colleagues.
