Job Summary:
The Front Desk Officer will manage their front offices and perform a variety of
office administration tasks.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The
applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in office management,
nursing, public relations. hospitality, secretarial studies, communication,
business administration.
·
Proficiency
in Microsoft office, internet navigation, email and social media.
·
Two
years of experience as a front office staff in the hospital, medical,
hospitality or service sector.
·
Customer
service oriented person
·
Must
possess a pleasant, outgoing and warm personality
·
Very
friendly and likes talking and helping people
·
Excellent
verbal and telephone communication skills
·
Desire
to grow a career in customer service
