Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Personally
drive collections efforts
·
Educate
customers on good credit behaviour through digital and analogue channels to
customers
·
Customer
feedback through phone calls, market visits and gathering market insights
·
Ensure
all payments are receipted against the correct account in a timely manner
·
Handle
customer and agents’ complaints.
·
Any
other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The applicants
for the Sokowatch Credit Collection Agent jobs should hold Degrees in Finance,
Accounting or Business Administration.
·
At least
two years of experience in credit collection preferably in retail
·
High
degree of accuracy and attention to detail
·
Excellent
accounting software user and administration skills.
·
An
enthusiastic team player and strong interpersonal skills.
·
A
collaborative, team player with integrity and a desire to work in a dynamic,
fast-paced, start-up environment
·
Fluency
in English (both oral and written) and the ability to communicate with
sophistication within a business setting.
