Lacor is a private, non-profit Ugandan hospital, whose mission is to guarantee
affordable medical services, especially to the most needy.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Prepare
payments, including obtaining signature
·
Record
bank transactions on NAV (double check the cashbook of accounting)
·
File and
audit all the documents of the bank including procurement and accounting docs)
·
Keenly
verify that the balance of Receivables and Payables on NAV are consistent
(double check with School, billing and procurement files)
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The
Accountant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration
with a bias in Accounting from a recognized Institution
·
Good
knowledge of Dynamics NAV
·
Good knowledge
of accounting principles
·
Work-centred
commitment
·
Possess
keen attention to detail
·
Good team
player willing and able to work in harmony with others
·
Willingness
to learn, be corrected and supervised
·
An
honest person with high sense of integrity
·
Exercise
maturity and sound judgement based on facts rather than emotions
