Job Summary: The
Sales and Marketing Graduate trainee will assist in promoting the company’s
products and services as well as acting as an intermediary between the company
and its clientele while earning a stipend.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Monitors
competitor products and services, sales and marketing activities.
·
Represents
the company at various meetings to promote our products and services.
·
Meets
with key clients, creating relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
·
Attending
exhibitions and other trade shows
·
Developing
sales strategies
·
Following
up on business leads and referrals
·
Travelling
to various client locations to promote company products and services
·
Leaflet,
flyers and poster distribution
·
Manages
and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing
market and competitive conditions.
·
Answers
questions from clients
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The
ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or any
other business-related course, with a minimum of one-year related experience.
·
Demonstrate
in-depth sales and marketing techniques.
·
Effective
verbal & written communication skills and customer service skills.
·
High
degree of flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
·
Responsible,
self-starter, punctual, independent worker & attention to detail
·
Strong
computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access, Power Point)
·
Being
confident and positive
·
Negotiating
skills
·
Willingness
to learn and grow.
