Resource management professionals, dedicated to helping organizations meet
their people management needs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Receiving,
Issuing and take Custody of all store items as required.
·
Store
process management by updating stock cards and maintaining perpetual inventory.
·
Issue
items out of the stores against properly authorized requisitions.
·
Drafting
monthly store reports.(Stock taking).
·
Help out
in the Procurement Process of goods and services for the company.
·
Arranging
and Organizing of the store in accordance with the set standards.
·
Ensure
Cleanliness and neatness of the stores.
·
Track
all items dispatched from the stores to ensure they reach their Final
Destination.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The
applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Stores or a related
field.
· At least two years of related work experience
· Knowledge of SAP
·
Work
requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
