Job Summary:
The Sales Officer will conduct face-to-face customer visits, develop a customer
base and get more RFQ opportunities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·       
Conduct
face-to-face customer visits, develop a customer base and get more RFQ
opportunities.  

·       
Formulate
solutions and quote customers for RFQs and inquires, understand and apply
pricing policies and procedures.  

·       
Work
closely with Customer Service, Procurement and Marketing teams, to resolve customer
complaints or disputes.  

·       
Maintain
complete and accurate records of customer information and sales activity.  

·       
Account
receivable management, ensure timely and accurate fund recovery.   

·       
Collect
and report customer feedback, assist in optimizing vendor resources.

·       
Other
duties as required by supervisor.

·       
Ensure
the client’s payment executed in time.

·       
Provide
customer service for the best result.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The
applicant should have at least three years of logistics background in Logistics
have client database and English speaking are plus.

·       
Excellent
communication and customer relation skills, sense of urgency with
problem-solving skills.

·       
Self-disciplined
and self-motivated to produce outstanding results.

·       
Willing
to travel 30%, home and oversea.
