Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·       
New
software implementation and ensuring smooth and efficient IT support.
·       
Set up
maintenance and troubleshooting of computers, laptops, phones, tablets and
other IT peripherals.
·       
Coordinate
with all program staffs in any IT assistance needed.
·       
Ensure
that 100% Community Health Promoters (CHPs)are able to use M Health application
and all necessary support of HMIS.
·       
Ensure
implementation, application of software piloting.
·       
Ensuring
the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and
exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act
as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for
establishing a safe working environment.



Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·       
The BRAC
IT Officer must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business
computing or a related field (Testimonials will not be allowed).
·       
At least
2-3 years working experience in IT and training or related fields.
·       
Knowledge
in software and hardware trouble shooting.
·       
Flexibility
to work and travel long distances in remote areas.
·       
Must
have strong problem solving ability.
