Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Assist
logistics officers in overseeing deliveries of supplies to all branches country
wide.
·
Liaise
with the pharmacist, Project Assistants, Area and Regional Coordinators to meet
delivery scheduled.
·
Coordinate
shipments between Country Office and the branches.
·
Assist
in monthly stock taking and reconciling inventory records with physical stock
counts.
·
Assist
in loading and offloading of products from the truck.
·
Assist
in the organization and supervision of the warehouse casual laborers and
drivers.
Safeguarding
·
Read,
understand, practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy
among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in
every course of action
·
Follow
the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes
place and encourage others to do so.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The
applicant must hold a Diploma in Procurement and Logistics or any other related
qualifications (Testimonials will not be allowed).
·
At least
one to two years’ of experience in this field.
·
Excellent
organizational skills.
·
Proficiency
in preparing and maintaining of records.
·
Extremely
patient and efficient in supply chain maintenance.
·
Good
verbal, written and communication skills.
