Job Summary:  The Agriculture Credit Assistant will manage
field activities by performing specific tasks including mobilization, training,
and assessment of agriculture loan applicants to attain and maintain high quality
loan portfolio growth that is consistent with the expectations of the society.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The ideal applicant must hold at least a diploma
in an Agriculture related field

·       
Ability to train farmers good agronomic
practices

·       
Ability to ride a motorcycle

·       
Experience in dealing with rural communities is
an added advantage
