Lifeline Fund (Lifeline) is a registered nongovernmental organization in
Uganda, with project offices in Lira, Apac and Moroto. Lifeline has been doing
humanitarian and development work in Uganda since 2006 through its Environment
and Water, Sanitation & Hygiene Programs.
Job Summary:  The Senior Finance and Administration Manager is
responsible for the day-to-day financial tracking, reporting, forecasting,
detailed analysis and budget management processes in the Uganda country office.
In addition, the SFAM shall oversee, the logistics, office management, human
resource and all administration functions of the organisation.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or business
administration and additional ACCA / CPA qualifications.
in relevant discipline is an added advantage.
minimum of five years’ experience in financial management for large and complex
projects in medium and large institutions (both NGO and private sectors).
and flexibility to handle high levels of pressure to meet very strict deadlines
and critical decision making.
integrity, unquestionable character and openness coupled with commitment to
good governance.
with computer-based finance management software skills and experience
preferably with QuickBooks.
