highly specialized Medical Service provider that offers pre-deployment and
routine medical check-ups, on-site and remote-site medical services,
international vaccination, travel medicine, DNA testing, highly quality
diagnostic tests, occupational medicine, tropical and infectious diseases,
surgery, admission and dental services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       
Act as
liaison between governing boards, clinical staff members, and department heads
to implement policies so that department functions as a whole.

·       
Supervise
daily administrative operations including timely staff reporting for duty,
customer care, turnaround time for patient visits and inquiries.

·       
Monitor
all hospital-expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives.

·       
Monitor

Develop
and implement effective policies for all operational procedures

·       
In
charge of departmental work schedules/rosters to ensure that staff are working
the exact contractual schedules.

·       
Ensures
that every department develops, maintains and implements standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs).

·       
Maintain
organized department medical and employee records

·       
Monitor
administrative staff’s performance

·       
Orient
& ensure training for all new employees

·       
Ensure
prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies

·       
Answer
queries from doctors, nurses and healthcare staff

·       
Resolve
potential issues with patients

·       
Stay
up-to-date with health care regulations (Practicing licenses for all medical
staff& facilities license).

·       
Strictly
oversee the level of ethical and professional standards as prescribed by the
treatment, transporting, storing and expiry of drugs, reagents & vaccines

·       
Represent
the company and its directors at planning, strategic and business meetings.

·       
Marketing
of hospital facilities in all possible forms (emails, meetings, brokering and
pitching business deals) to different business entities and the community.

·       
Any
other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The
applicant must hold a Bachelor’s in Social Sciences, Arts, Business
Administration or Public Administration, Postgraduate Diploma in Health
Services Management.

·       
A
minimum of (5) five years’ relevant working experience and exposure in the
administration function, preferably experience in Hospital administration as
Hospital Administrator.

·       
large
operations organization or context, three of which as Head or Deputy Head at
management level

·       
Possess
excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a problem solver with
capacity to think strategically as well as provide satisfying solutions to
operational problems

·       
Computer
literacy skills

·       
Ability
to accomplish targets in a timely manner
