and Contemporary Radio Station, with a global Listenership reach of over
250,000 daily. Reaching an audience of

15-40 year-olds, Power FM streams on both traditional FM radio
and on the internet. With a vision to positively transform the lives of the
young people, Power FM is an on-air and events-driven station that has been in
existence since 1998 under Watoto Church. Our mission is to drive cultural
transformation through relevant content so as to bring communities to the
knowledge and love of Christ. Power FM is committed to inspiring and
influencing young people through exciting, innovative and wholesome
entertainment and contemporary relevant programming and events.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

·      
To prepare proposals, sales literature, media
kits and sales contracts and oversee PFM monthly presentations to clients.

·      
To evaluate marketing campaigns to continuously
enhances service delivery for on-going Client campaigns.

·      
To develop monthly marketing and sales plans to
enable achievement of set targets.

·      
To attend sales meetings, industry trade shows,
and training seminars to aid in the promotion of products and expansion of
network of contacts.

·      
To identify new advertising markets, and alert
the sales team and develop a client retention plan.

·      
To regularly update the debt database and follow
up on all company debts.

·      
To negotiate and close sales with prospective
clients and offer mutually beneficial terms of agreement.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·      
The ideal applicant should have a good
experience in sales and marketing.

·      
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work with people
from different backgrounds
