Limited was established in Hong Kong in 2009 with an aim to provide
professional service support to mobile phones and other electronic consumer
products, and over the years has become a leading service brand for consumer
electronics in South East Asia, Middle East and Africa. Currently, Carlcare is
providing full service support for TECNO, Infinix and Itel, three worldwide
famous mobile phone brands.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       
Generate
creative ideas on digital marketing content for social media sites such as
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

·       
User
operation: Manage the online forums, websites and other channels for the Tecno
Mobile Uganda brand with an aim on creating more users and engaging activity.

·       
Online
event planning and Management

·       
Give
feedback to Management on online customers’ requests and/or queries

·       
Do a
survey and bring new ideas on improvement strategies for our online presence,
keeping ahead of what’s trending

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The applicant
must hold a Bachelor’s Degree

·       
MUST
have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role

·       
Should
have good practical knowledge on how to grow brand presence on social media

·       
Good
computer skills
