Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Carry out
successful installation of the Smart system at newly appointed service
providers sites, as well as training of system users and troubleshooting.
·
To
effect successful activation of new schemes and confirm activation status for
existing schemes on the Smart system at the allocated service providers.
·
To
collate and report on feedback regarding the Smart systems acceptance, use and
recommended improvements at the installed sites.
·
To offer
support to the Smart system and users at the installed customer sites in line
with the defined Smart procedures.
·
To
perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent
questions at the call center.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The
applicant must hold a University degree in an ICT related field
·
Strong
interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
·
Confident,
articulate and with strong written and verbal communication skills
·
Ability
to work independently and take full responsibility of assigned tasks
·
Experience
in customer service and support will is an added advantage
